IMPACT offers helpful programs & services to assist the 1 in 5 of us with disabilities to live an independent life in the Illinois Counties of Madison, Macoupin, Jersey, Bond, Greene and Calhoun.

IMPACT CIL promotes pride and respect for people with disabilities by sharing the tools that are necessary to take control of one’s own life. IMPACT CIL advocates full community participation, with supports, of all citizens.
