Rural Services
The IMPACT service area is a diverse mix of old industry based towns in Madison County and extremely rural areas in portions of Madison County and the surrounding counties of Calhoun, Greene, Jersey, Macoupin, and Bond. People outside of Madison County have no transportation services, and we must make the effort to serve them in their communities. We have committed staff to travel to those rural areas. IMPACT has a satellite office at the Jersey County Community Hospital located in Jerseyville. Staff are available for appointments at the satellite office on the first and third Mondays of each month from 1:00 to 3:00 and a Blind Support Group meets that morning from 10:00 to 12:00. A Diabetic Support group is held at the Hospital on the third Monday of each month. We are continually seeking ways to improve our services to our rural counties.
